The company formerly known as Flinders Diamonds is now known by its new name Flinders Mines Ltd, with a new ASX code "FMS".

The new title reflects the recent expansion of the Company’s core business from an exclusive focus on diamonds to exploration for both diamonds and iron ore.

To assist in pursuing both iron ore and diamond commodities, Flinders Mines will have two subsidiaries – Flinders Iron Pty Ltd for pursuing iron ore, and Flinders Diamonds Pty Ltd for pursuing diamonds
